Foundation Sports are an award winning Sports Coaching company alongside our sister company Foundation Play which is an Ofsted Registered childcare service. Both Sports and Play combine together over the school holidays for our Sports & Play Camps. All of our holiday camps have sold-out since 2019 with parents seeing the huge benefit of our services during school closures and lockdown's. On our last holiday club, we welcomed over 100 children on 4 straight days of our February Half-Term Camp. Our Sports Camp concentrates on sports that we have identified as the most popular sports to take part in. We hand out trophies for our Athletes Of The Day and medals for all participants. Every morning we organise the children into different groups, they include; Football groups (who will also play other sports in the afternoon) Gymnastics groups (who will also play different sports throughout the day) Multi-Sports group (mixed sports everyday) EYFS & Y1 group (mixed sports everyday.) We will give your children the choice of which group they would like to be in. Activities include: - Football coaching & tournaments (football takes part every day) - Gymnastics coaching (gymnastics takes part every day) - Dodgeball games - Netball Coaching - Basketball matches - Cricket games - Rounders - Tennis - Golf - Tag-Rugby - Multi-Skills (games which incorporate throwing, catching, tagging, kicking & racket skills in fun games) Play Camp will focus on activities for children to take part in who do not want to take part in sports (although sports will be offered with the children in this group.) Every morning we will sit the children down to introduce them to each other and talk about our wish list for the week. About our staff All sports coaches and play leaders have the following qualifications: - First Aid & Pediatric Trained - Coaching Qualifications - Child Care Qualifications - Enhanced DBS checks - Up to date Safeguarding Children training What Should I Bring? - A packed lunch with snacks (NO NUTS) - A water bottle which we can refill - Outdoor footwear (if booked into sports) - A coat & warm clothes - Any medical information filled into our medical info box - Any medication handed to coaches Cancellation Policy All bookings must have a 24 hour notice before each booking date to be entitled to credit or a refund of your booking. Failing to give notice via email (dorset@foundation-sports.com) will result in no credit or refund being offered. We have waiting lists for our holiday clubs and if there are any 'no shows' this means children are missing out on our club. Covid Compliance All staff members have taken part in Covid Compliance training so that your children are not mixing with other groups and are limited to contact with other participants. Hand sanitisers will be used throughout the day especially before consuming snacks and lunch (if you do not want your children using santiser then soap and hot water will be encouraged.) All equipment is cleaned with anti bac and safe for children to use. We have not closed down any of our sports camps due to a spread of Coronavirus, we are not saying it isn't impossible but we do our absolute utmost to make sure we limit the spread of Covid. Photo's By booking into Foundation Sports you acknowledge that we will be taking photo's for marketing purposes and upload pictures of our session in action via social media platforms. If you do not want pictures taken please make us aware on the morning of the session or by putting it in writing by emailing dorset@foundation-sports.com GDPR We will be using your data in accordance to the GDPR guidelines as set out by European law. We will be contacting you for marketing purposes, information regarding your child's safety and regarding any updates to our sessions.

Foundation Sports Dorset & Hampshire Terms & Conditions:
You, the customer are an important person to Foundation Sports and we wanted to give you a clear guidance for our refund & Covid policy. If any of our venues are to cancel our sessions to include any of the following reasons, Foundation Sports will be under no obligation to refund:
1. Adverse weather conditions at any of the venues.
2. Safety concerns in regards to conditions out of the venue's hands and putting a hold on playing sport due to the safety of the children.
3. Children’s safeguarding issues of the venue.
4. National or international emergency.
5. A global pandemic In any of the above cases, credit will be offered instead of a refund.
We offer refunds on all our services if the customer has done the following:
1. Made a written notice to Foundation Sports either via email dorset@foundation-sports.com , hampshire@foundation-sports.com or contacting 07896 11 9897 that they wish to cancel their booking.
2. The customer has up until 24 hours before the first day their child is due on camp to be entitled to a full refund
3. No refunds are offered for children who do not turn up on the day, we organise staff according to total number of bookings and have waiting lists for children wanting to be on camp, if you do not turn up then those children are missing out.
Covid-19
Due to the global pandemic we are doing everything in our hands to make sure we are within the guidelines set out by the government to make sure your child is safe. That being said, by booking onto camp you acknowledge the risk associated and do not hold Foundation Sports responsible for any positive tests yourself or your family may receive. We carry out appropriate risk assesments to make sure our camp is as covid safe as possible.
