EARLY COLLECTION ANYTIME UNTIL 5.00PM Foundation Play is Avonwood's official wraparound care service available to all children at your school. This service is brought to you by Foundation Sports, an award-winning sports coaching company in Dorset and Hampshire. At our clubs, all our staff members follow the 3 E's: Encouragement, Engagement and Enthusiasm when planning our clubs so that your children experience the best service possible when attending our sessions. All Foundation Play staff members have enhanced DBS checks, first aid qualifications, safeguarding certificates and a wide range of experience working with children. This setting is managed by James, our Childcare Manager, who is passionate about children enjoying school as much as we did when we were children and prides himself on delivering an exceptional service. Your child will have the opportunity to have free play at all our sessions as well as arts & crafts, sports, outside activities, calm areas and be able to catch up on school work. We will have themed weeks with a vision for an end goal to finish off the hard work such as: creating art, putting music together, progressing their sports skills, dance pieces and many more. Healthy food and snacks are also provided throughout the afternoon. CHILDCARE VOUCHERS We accept childcare vouchers and HMRC Tax-Free Childcare payments as a form of payment. Payment must be made through your childcare account or childcare organisation within 24 hours of your first booking. Search our post code BH7 6NB on your suppliers website and look for Foundation Play. Otherwise, please message us if we are not on your portal. REFUND POLICY Due to ordering food in advance for children who are booked onto the registers, we require 48 hours notice before each cancelled booking to be entitled to credit on your account.
