Foundation Sports is an award-winning sports coaching company and we are delighted to welcome you to our Gymnastics Development Centre.

Our Advanced Gymnastics Class will provide a pathway for children to progress towards from our Foundation Gymnastics Class. These classes will offer advanced gymnastics movements to continue the development of your child's gymnastics skills.

Our Gymnastics classes are lead by our qualified British Gymnastics team, they are passionate about improving children's gymnastics skills through enjoyment.

Your children will be developing their skills in a non-pressure environment following our 3 E's of encouragement, engagement and enthusiasm.

Each week will be following a different topic with the aim of progressing your child through our pathway of coaching from Foundation into Intermediate and finishing their journey in our Elite classes.
