Foundation Sports is an award-winning sports coaching company and we are delighted to welcome you to our Gymnastics Sessions.

Our Development Centre will offer a great chance for all children that attend to learn the fundamental and basic movements. These skills will be vital not only for their progress within Gymnastics, but also helping them with the fundamentals for a number of other different sports outside of Gymnastics. Children will be using gymnastics equipment following a coaching structure and circuits.

Our Gymnastics classes are lead by our qualified British Gymnastics team, they are passionate about improving children's gymnastics skills through enjoyment.

Your children will be developing their skills in a non-pressure environment following our 3 E's of encouragement, engagement and enthusiasm.

Each week will be following a different topic with the aim of progressing your child through our pathway of coaching.
