Foundation Sports are an award-winning sports coaching company offering your child the opportunity to experience a fun and inclusive Gymnastics Club for all!

Our coaches all hold enhanced DBS checks, British Gymnastics Coaching qualifications, First Aid and Safeguarding Qualifications.

Gymnastics is a key sport for children to learn at such a young age building up their techniques for balancing, movement and strength which can apply to a number of different sports.

We ask that all children wear appropriate gymnastics clothing which can either be general sportswear, leotards or PE kit.

All our sessions are filled with fun games, gymnastics exercises and using gymnastics equipment including beams, mats, climbing frames and crash mats.
