Give your child an energetic start to the week with our dynamic Tag Rugby and Athletics After-School Club. Designed to build confidence, fitness, and teamwork, this session combines core track and field fundamentals like sprinting technique, agility, and coordination with the exciting skills of tag rugby.

During the tag rugby portion, children will learn the rules of the game and develop essential ball-handling skills, including passing, catching, and evasive running, through fun mini-games and drills. The session is strictly non-contact; every player wears velcro tag belts so they can enjoy fast-paced rugby action in a completely safe, tackle-free environment.
